Penny Boyles

Penny grew up in the small community of Clingman in Wilkes County — home of NASCAR legend Junior Johnson! She moved to Winston-Salem in 1985 and settled in King, NC a few years later, where she still calls home today.

She’s been her own boss since age 25, starting one of Winston-Salem’s top gift and event businesses before following her true passion — real estate. Since 1991, Penny has helped buyers and sellers all across the Triad, from Winston-Salem and Greensboro to Stokes, Surry, and Yadkin counties.

Penny works with all kinds of properties — from suburban neighborhood homes to country homes with land and investment properties. As an investor and house flipper herself, she understands what makes a property a smart move.

She’s also a big believer in giving back. Penny has served in leadership roles with local and state REALTOR® associations and is a past president of the King Chamber of Commerce.
